      Well, officeworks has it for $55 :P Wish this wasn't a clearance so I could price-match tbh.
      Ah, also it's on sale because its discontinued.

      EDIT: Officeworks just changed their price to $35 and added a clearance tag as I wrote this.

    I have one of these, I also have one of the xiaomi el cheapo ones which I think is around $10 which seems to perform better.

        just the extender, had to download an app to set up but then has worked fine. Doesn't have a problem if router restarts as Brodenit says.

          Ahh cool thanks, I actually want it for the Audio capabilities. Would love to allow my stereo to play music from my phone. Now to try and actually get one.

          If I can't get one, might consider asking if anyone is willing to swap one of these for a Xiaomi one.

      No, you can use it as just a wifi range extender if you want.

    Do you need to setup the extender after you turn of your modem?

      You don't need to turn off your modem/router. There are two ways to set it up using the WPS function on your router. You can do it via the web browser or use the app. It's pretty simple.
