Bought this from another supplier for similar price - it's cheap but would not recommend. Light is bright but does not light up display much (not backlit as claimed). Dusplay is a bit dark to easily read - which is what you need in any clock. Tunes are greeting card quality - annoying. Took many attempts to interpret instructions. Runs on 3 AAA.

Can you please tell me that which supplier have this for same price. That’s the cheapest online price available.

      Cheaper elsewhere us$3.31 delivered

But this small clock really is too frustrating to use & hard to read time.

Look at the photos of screen with light off to see how hard it is to read display. Mine was far worse, needing clock to be picked up to read after getting good light on screen.

Photos show its most impressive feature - it's case lights up for a few seconds when button is pressed - wow! But the bright light just makes reading time more difficult.

Close to being thrown out after a few days use. And the "music" is so annoying🙉! Certainly would not give this POS to anyone as gift!

A waste of time & money in my experience.

    • I bought one that looks identical (even the sticker on the bottom is the same) years ago too and it's worthless even for use in the bathroom. It loses about ten minutes per month. You're late for work or miss the beginning of a movie because you didn't realise the stupid clock you were looking at had the wrong time. It's difficult to set too, so when you counter in that you have to remember to spend at least a minute per WEEK to reset the time just so you're within five miunutes of the actual time, that's nearly an hour of your time wasted per year.

The backlight button is also too small and doesn't light up the display very well nor for very long, plus the date is in stupid American format where the damn thing is backwards for no reason.

Removing the batteries loses the time and date instantly. Almost every other digital clock I've used has a capacitor inside so you have at least 30 seconds to remove a low battery and put a good one in, so you don't have to reprogram everything. This one doesn't do that.

      Buy something else!

EDIT - one positive is that the alarm is VERY LOUD! Way too many digital alarms are too soft these days. So it might be useful for some people.

      • Alarm isn't loud on this one. Using with simple beep-beep, which is just loud enough.
        Yes, US date.
Only used a few days so don't know about accuracy.

Clock appears better in advertising than reality🕙

      Good move.

Crap clock, but great job negotiating reduced price! Neg removed.

I don't even want the clock for free but I'm plus-voting because OP ensured the price became the lowest available.

  • Somewhat fixed readability of screen when light on, by covering light strips up side of screen with (white) electrical tape. Instead of looking into bright light, that is subdued & screen can be read - if viewed at the right angle. It's still a hard to read crap screen.
