      If you meant calling or texting within the UK, then yes that's right. Outside the UK the sim is only good for 3G data

        if your travelling with family and friends to europe, Your minutes and text allowance can be used to call or text any European number, however, outside the European zone the minutes and texts only work for Uk numbers.

      the SIM cards do not have a shelf life. so you can keep the SIM card for as long as you like until you travel!

        They can block mobile hotspot from the phone. U can get away if you are jail broken

    Just came back from Europe using one of these (but with 12gb) was able to hotspot with no issues. Rather, my parents didn't know and hotspotted. I had no idea they did til half way through the trip!

      also, the SIM cards have no expiry, once you activate the SIM card and make no recharge on the SIM for over 6 months only then the number will be cancelled.

        I’m at the airport now.
        I tried purchased 2 sims and only 1 sim works.

        The faulty one keeps on saying no SIM card inserted.

          I am using an iPhone 8 plus and a iPhone 6s Plus.
          I have tried a reset and also tried on both phones.

          1 sim works perfectly.

          The other sim doesn’t detect in the phone.

          I have also emailed you guys but still have not got s reply

    This is a great product - it is the UK 3 network PAYG calls and data SIM which has been around for a while and very popular with travellers to Europe.
    This 5gig data version is a lower priced product which is pretty much in a sweet spot for someone travelling for a couple of weeks, and wanting to be able to whatsapp, check out reviews of places, make bookings etc.

    Caveats - data may only be 3G and more patchy outside of UK as it depends on their roaming partners, also basically can't be topped up easily as need UK credit card to top up. Can buy vouchers etc from 3rd party but more expensive.

    For local product and delivery posted price is very good.

      There is no expiry on the SIM cards.

      Once you insert the SIM card in your phone, the expiry period begins, and if no recharge is made on the SIM card for an extension of 6 months, then the number may be blocked by three servers.

      No, the included calls are only valid within the UK. To be able to make calls and SMS outside the UK, you'd have to add extra credit as mentioned in the discussion above
