      He has not learned from his Experience, but we have. He is Arrogant. And never his fault.

      Has he really learned? If he had he would have came out with a public apology and refunding everyone who paid extra for "priority shipping". Offering a discount to a future purchase doesn't cut it. People feel they got burned with the deal and his going to cop it each and every time his name comes up.

      Used all our money (and goodwill to support an Aussie seller), lied to us, strung us along and made us get our money back via PayPal instead of refunding us when he knew there would be unreasonable delays.

      Is now hocking the vacuums off on the very same website for cheaper than what he charged us all for them in the first place. He now has “Aussie stock” because of all of our support!

      Disgraceful. Doesn’t deserve business on this website in my opinion. Now or ever. Find business elsewhere.

      I purchased mine from Gearbite on eBay on a Thursday, got my robot on the following Tuesday.

    I find it hard to believe or trust any seller who refuses to refund when they are unable to deliver at the agreed delivery period or within a period that is reasonable, let alone a seller who keeps insisting that they were telling the truth, that all issues that transpired was not their doing and they did everything they possibly can for their customers….. REALLY? Put your money where your mouth is Robokid. Refund your customers their $5 for 'priority' postage and you might go some way in redeeming your reputation or what's left of it. And you lost the opportunity to refund your customers when they requested for one and instead forced them to go through the stress of claiming a refund from Paypal. So for you to use the term 'valued customers' is a bit rich. Can you blame any of your customers for what they are saying in this forum and many others?? Did you expect to come here and expect everyone to forget who you really are? You have demonstrated a lack of respect for your customers and you certainly do not show an ounce of remorse for what you put your customers through. I hate to see you continue on in business because you really bring a bad name and experience for all the other hardworking start ups who do really deserve a break.

      Not to mention how much he "supported" customers chasing a refund by PayPal by unnecessarily providing PayPal the tracking number for the shipment to him.

    No deal, terrible feedback to customers from original order where Ozbargain essentially 'backed' his business venture with orders and were left waiting for answers and products.

    Refund the $5 you stole from your customers. $5 was not for the vacuum. $5 was charged for priority shipping. Since your delays have made the point of "priority shipping" a moot point, you never provided what they paid for. You're a disgraceful thief!
