But you have listed yours on eBay before discount code at about 200 over RRP.

Your comment of "2 year warranty with any Apple Store" is incorrect.
The Apple warranty is 1 year, the 2 year warranty you refer relates to the Australian Consumer Law, and it is the seller who is responsible for ACL Warranty. Apple will only honour the 2 year ACL warranty if you purchase direct from Apple. As the seller of the iPhone, if anything happens in the second year, you as the seller would be responsible.

I have again Called Apple a confirmed if you buy a iphone off any network provider or phone shop down the street or website as long is the iphone is australian stock you can take the phone to your local apple store to claim the extra 12 month Consumer Law warranty

To me as an aussie consumer, "Australian stock" means that you purchased these phones direct from apple australia.
It does not mean grey import physically located in a store room in a shop in australia.
