I have an offer of $200 spend for 4000 points I feel ripped off :(

    • Still better.. I have received an offer for 1000 points when $90 spend, I will not activate

  • I've got 1000 points and $50 spend so, here's hoping it doubles with that Netflix deal.

    • most likely exclude gift card

  • 1500 points for $180 spending.Avoided!

  • 2000 points for $200 spend. Pass.

  • I got 9,500 points for spending $110 a week for 2 weeks. Done and points credited.

  • I spent $1000 on adrenaline gift cards a little while ago.
My offer: spend $420 a week for 2 weeks for 4000 points!
    I don't think I'll activate this one:-/

  • My offer is spend $100 on first online shop and get 4000pts plus free delivery and also i have another offer which overlaps the period which is spend $100 and get 1500 points. Do you think both would be granted if i shop online and spend $100?

  • mine was $5 instant off when i spend $30. Done.

  • 2000 $60 spend

  • 1000 $50 spend
    Always activate, just in case.

  • @OP, do you spend too much with Coles or too little? wondering whos being targeted. I had been coles loyal for some time, haven't shopped thr for a while now. Either ways I didnt get targeted with such good offers :(

    • yeah wondering too, comments indicate far more complexity to these offers that i would have thought… i shop there about once every week. usual spend is around the 30-40 mark, with occasional bigger shops. probably slightly less spending recently. birdyzone's comment indicates that higher recent spends may cause targeted offers to have a high minimum spend trigger? could also be based on frequency of spends and trend of spending or something like that. unless it's all entirely random!

      • Interesting! my spending frequency with Coles and total bill per trans was ditto as yours. But spending pattern might be different as in your shopping list and brands. This offer distribution might make sense to data analysts?

  • i've noticed that i'm not a big grocery shopper and when we don't do the weekly i got alot of the "spend $60/80 a week for 4 weeks get 10,000 flybuys points" deals. i kept getting them every few weeks.

Now i get the odd spend $xx for xxxx points and it isn't worth it. i'll wait and not activate as I think they try to tempt you back with more points - my theory at least.
