Do you experience back, neck or leg pain often due to your job? Perhaps you’re an office worker who has to stay at your desk all day swamped with paperwork, a driver who drives around all day, a student loaded with a lot of homework and studying to do for tests and exams, or a laborer involved in construction or machinery that connotes back-breaking work. Body pain can indeed be a huge hindrance in one’s work, studies or life, and as they say, pain is your body’s megaphone or way of saying that you’re overworking it or tiring it too much.
Aside from resting when your body is already telling you to do so, you’ll also need to get relief and comfort for the pain as merely resting cannot cause it to go away at times. Spine Flex is a spine stretching machine that can help you do just that. Spine flex offers a decompression system that eases back pain through the decompression of intervertebral discs, as well as helps release back tension and decreases the pressure off your back. It also relieves pain in your neck and legs caused by your spinal column. Whatever the pain or wherever you may be experiencing it in your body, Spine Flex can help you locate its source, helping you better relieve it.

  • I had sciatica before, I had used spine stretcher using pulley and weight and it did help relieve the pain. I am not sure how effective this is.
