    was $725

    • Hmm that was during the one off mega deals on Ebay I think. Hopefully this one goes that cheap tomorrow for hump day!

  • Hmmm waiting for a price near $750 then will definitely buy one!

  • what a great price,

I purchased local model and paid almost $200 more,

s8+ are the best phones :)

  • I get the feeling any 20% off will be for $999 :/

  • I was planning to buy a Nokia 8, but at this price I might just pull the trigger on a S8+

  • Hi, any update regarding previous issues with order cancellation/refunds/product swap posted here was already resolved?

I bought the previous S8+ deal on ebay and received the item sealed with original Samsung sticker within 1 week. Thanks

Maybe I'll wait closing the iPhone x release or Christmas…

  • Does any one know if Shopmonk offers Australian Invoices we can use for tax refunds?

    • Grey import.

      • I know the phones are grey import but is Shopmonk an Australian business?
Like Vaya sells Grey import phones but their invoices come with an Australian Business Address & ABN.

Lol. If you haven't paid any GST then how can you claim it back? Shopmonk sends this in directly from Singapore and because it's under $1000 you don't pay GST on the way in. So you're already basically claiming it already with this price. You can't claim GST on the way out because it was never paid in the first place.

Avaya charges gst on the way in to sell as local product so if they have a gst amount in the invoice, you can claim it back.. But most of their stuff is Aus products anyway rebadged from AMAYSIM

        • @bchliu: I wasn't looking at doing TRS but using Coles Price protection to buy S8 through Shopmonk then claim once they price drop…But Coles only honors Australian Businesses apparently…

@kiwiinoz: Yeah.. you're out of luck there for Price Protection. That only works against Aussie products through official Australian distribution channels (they are the ones that pay back). It's the same reason why B&M retailers do not price match online or overseas prices.

        • @bchliu: Thanks

        • @bchliu: I am not entirely sure if this is correct though. I've bought items from eGloablDigitalCameras in the past and used Coles Price Protection successfully. Isn't eGlobalDigitalCameras an overseas seller with grey stock?

        • @esjay: Pretty sure Coles screwed up in your case (you're lucky).

        • @bchliu: Ahhh, I see. I'l be extra careful then going forward. Thanks!

        • @bchliu: Technically you are buying from an Australian Store and if they decide to ship it from overseas it was not your fault. I personally think as long as you have an invoice with Australian Business details Coles MC would honor it….
