Acer Predator Gaming Utility Backpack $94 (RRP: $169+) @ Harvey Norman

Originally stumbled upon this deal via an existing thread - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/334543

Noticed with the Harvey Norman Black Friday Sale, They discounted this item further.
It was retailing for $169.00 at Harvey Norman, then with the voucher code it previously took it down to $128.00

Since they further reduced it for today, The code should take it down to $94.00 flat.

A massive saving all things considered. It looks like a solid build. Have a look at this video;

The US ACER store has it for $150UDS - https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-model/NP.BAG1...
Ebay is over $200 AUD shipped - https://www.ebay.com.au/i/263125440397?chn=ps&dispItem=1

  • Just ordered one, good find.

  • Nice, just ordered one!

  • Thanks guys, I love a good bargain, Who doesn't? :P

A really good quality bag from the looks of things. Too overpriced for me to pick up above $100 but justifiable at this price point. :)

The voucher code expires this Sunday 15/10/2017

  • Gaming backpack.

  • I've been waiting over a month for Samsonite/Luggage Professionals to replace a faulty laptop backpack of mine, so this is perfect as I need to travel on Monday!

  • I bought one of these when the Bathurst codes came out.. I hope they'll do a refund..

    • Why are you looking for a refund?
What kind of faults did you have with it?

      • sorry, i wasn't clear in my original post. i paid the 128 when the codes first came out. it's down to 94 now and i want my 30 dollars lol. i haven't even collected the first purchase yet because im abroad.

        • Haha! Oh definitely, I remember now.
I'm fairly sure this wasn't meant to go down this cheap.

Their customer service team are pretty good, seeing as you haven't even collected it I don't see why. 😀

  • This or the Samsonite Paradiver Backpack…hmmmmm

Can anyone who owns a Samsonite paradiver backpack comment on the quality on their backpack.

  • Wouldn’t a crumpler be of better quality?

  • All i want is a nice clean photo showing every pocket.

Not YouTube and not the crap pics on the Acer website.

Pretty important.. Might have bought one but can't be bothered wasting my time any longer. Get your act together Acer!

  • Did anyone buy one of these they don't want or need.
I bought one of these and is a bit to tight for my Acer Predator 17" lappy. And Harvey Norman is out.

    • Hi Mate, Sorry… Are you sure they're sold out?
Still seems like you can order online and have it shipped.

I highly recommend it. Best laptop bag I've used.

$169.00 might be a little steep but the quality is superb. Shame you missed it on special.

I reckon give the Harvey Norman sales team a chat online and see if they can haggle it down.

I reckon there is decent margin on them so knocking $20-$30 might be possible.
I barely tried as was offered $160.00 by a rep.

      Good luck

      • Thanks bud. Just hoping to get lucky since I buy a lot of shit here that I dont want or need as well.

Local HN store doesn't have them. Did get them to drop to $140 when avail.

Just pissed I bought the Sierra. It stated specifically for 17" lappy. Does fit with a cram lifting over 1 corner. But seriously who want to force a expensive lappy into a expensive backpack.

I'll get one, just pissed i bought the Sierra 1 week before this deal come out. Lol
        Rant over…

        • Haha! Anytime, This was more of an impulse buy for me but glad I did as the quality is top notch and easily swallows my 15 inch gaming laptop.

Low quality video but exactly identical if you wanna check it out - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pqm8NwbjcO4

I guess you could possibly push for a refund based on the bag not being fit for purpose? ;)
