AHUANG is a mobileciti rep who was banned for sockpuppeting
All we ask for guys is good, honest no BS service.
A lot of us were stuffed around by Mobileciti and there we're some dodgy practices going on by staff and store reps, we got the usual excuses on here by the reps but when you went in store the same rubbish service was dished out especially when it came to warranty claims.
The staff at Mobileciti would direct you to the manufacturer instead of them handling the claim as stated by Australian Consumer Law.
I suggest some of you guys on here and especially you TA go check the laws in NSW.
Have a look at Shopmonk. They came out all guns blazing and we're heavily promoted by TA and now look what happened, people are tired of the games played by stores, we work hard for our money and all we ask is good service.

OK, nice phone. But a grand for a sub-flagship model with less than HD display?
Why are the prices on some of these phones more expensive than the Apple store? Am I missing something? It's not like the 8 and 8 plus are selling like hotcakes.

OT i am planning to get iPhone 8 Plus on shopmonk are they good?
It might be recalled later for battery issues. A few findings have been reported
Missus wanted one so I pulled the trigger as it was cheapest OZ stock available at the moment.
Worst comes to worst if I end up having issues with it I can at least go to Apple who are pretty good sorting stuff out.

I'm trying to return an unopened order and they wanna charge me 20% restocking fee, which should only be charged for opened item as per their eBay store return policy. When I called them out on that, they were like 'Our product page actually indicated that we reserve the right to charge 20% restocking fee for our returns. Item must be returned in brand new condition.' Unlucky for them I took a screenshot of the return policy, which clearly states otherwise.
I will go straight to paypal dispute and file a complaint to ACCC if they refuse to take it back and refund without restocking fee as per terms they set out when I purchased it.
update: store rep contacted me and accepted return. :)
Naughty Mobileciti… Let's hope Allphones don't go down the same path
