They take weeks to respond and when they reply, they respond in a very threatening manner as if the customers have no clue about what they are doing. I'm still waiting for a satisfactory resolution on my issue. I bought this for around ~$350+ when you guys had 20% off promo.

        I have seen stock from Au store taking over 2 weeks to deliver as well. It has happened to me in the past during a SD card purchase along with various other users, so I am not that impressed with your service if you ask me.

      I usually have a good experience with Shopping Square, I think their other company is Zapals? Not exactly sure.
      But delivery is often much faster than gearbest,banggood.

    Lots of love for these on Ozbargain. How would they go on a larger floor say 280 m2? How long would it take to clean and is it noisy?

      So much love for this. On the whole, it does about 1m2 in about a minute from my usage. That includes the slower speed it takes around the perimeter before doing the proper vacuum.. it does the upper section of our place in about 40 mins and that's 38m2 according to the app. And uses about 18% battery in that time. If it needs recharging it will return to the dock, recharge and then continue from where it left off.

      As far as noise, there's 4 settings - Quiet, Balanced, Turbo and one more. All modes are quieter than our plug in Dyson and V6 Absolute.

        Thanks for the reply. So it is pretty noisy, because we know how noisy a Dyson is.Five hours to do the area is pretty good. I just didn't want to have to run constantly to vacuum the area, as I work from home.

          No worries. The quiet mode is reasonably quiet if you're that against noise but I'm a stay at home dad and having it run for over an hour each day while being at home on Turbo (so second highest setting), isn't unbearable…or perhaps I'm just used to it now. :)

    Absolutely no reason to buy this when you can get it delivered from gearbite in < 3 days (mine was < 2) for the same price.
    I'd go so far as to say "Not a deal" because it's not the cheapest.

    Guess that price will be the most attractive factor in terms of which store people gonna shop with. At this stage, same price as gearbite, so it is no longer a deal and someone mentioned it is not the cheapest so far.

    I bought this from shopping square on this deal and it arrived the day after it was estimated too. Very happy with it and the transaction with shopping square. Seems Shopping Square maybe turning themselves around.
    I love this thing so much that if they offered the same deal I would definitely buy another one.
