There's bad ones on the web but I swear people complain about anything and everything on those product review sites.
I've bought from them 10+ times and have never had an issue. Good prices in the UK store buying in pounds. Shipping has always been quite quick except when there are sitewide discounts and then it's a bit slower.

Yes shipping from the UK. They have bricks and mortar stores there. 2 - 4 weeks usually. The fastest I received something was 7 days which was super quick. I don't recall ever waiting longer than 3 weeks.
Ordered heaps over the years. Never any issues. Typically 2 week delivery to Perth.

usually the orders get to me within 2 weeks every time on the basic shipping.
How about return of order? Some items are so different from the picturn shown in their website and return postage is costly to UK
I returned a hoodie which cost me $43 for shipping and the hoodie only cost $28. Thank God that I used PayPal which refunded the shipping back to me.
Did they accept it though? They rejected my return because it was over 20~30 days after purchase, which is also the time it took to deliver from UK.
They accept it. I sent the parcel and submitted refund request four days after which the parcel is still half way to UK.
I have changed the URL to the generic (UK) site, because the Australian site charges outrageously inflated pricing. Even if you pay currency conversion fees when paying in pounds (which you shouldn't), you're still cheaper off paying in pounds. If it asks you whether you want to visit the Australian site instead, choose 'no'.
