The list varies, I’m currently interstate and the list shows absolutely nothing. When I VPN back home it shows another list to the two posted up there. I take that Mericale list as the definitive list for now until there’s evidence otherwise.

how do you know it is definitely all venues?
Past experience with Amex over ambiguity or general stuff ups, they will sort you out with a manual credit.
When clicking on the deal via the Amex APP it states participating locations and it takes you to that above link.

@Jared17: update. Went to Mr Wong and sushi e. Mr Wong is packed even on Wed night. Food was okay, I think it's over priced though. Only with amex offer, it's more reasonable. but 9 times out of ten, I will go to golden century instead for Chinese cuisine.
Both places allow split bills, I asked.
Question: If I spend $20 at one Merivale venue and $20 at another, would this count?
