Damn it, opened an account yesterday. What (bad) timing!
You need to read the deal properly:
'Open a CityLink account, pay your toll invoice and we'll credit your new account the $12.39 invoice fee.'
They're basically wiping any toll notice fee for you!
Oh I see what you mean now. Never used citylink before hence all this is new, but was told to open one to avoid these toll notice fees. Thanks for the information!
