  Uh…. not to rag on Kogan, but exercise machines with high weights/resistances and budget quality is not a good mix…

    Pilates reformer is not supposed to be a high resistance exercise in the sense that the machine provides the resistance.

  Seeing how the quality reformers cost about 2k I'm not sure this is worth bothering with. There are better ways you can spend $189 for fitness. Like this for eg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYRENWT8lz8

  Wow I didn't realize there were cheap knockoffs now.
  Personally I absolutely love the official $2k Stott Pilates proper ones at the gym. I imagine there would be 1/2ish as good (at 1/10th the price). Might be something I buy in the future .. the ones at the gym are getting worn down and filthy.

  Funny how the gym says these things are too dangerous to use outside class but you are perfectly safe with a cheap knock off version. Somebody is lying.
