Back on sale again are these popular outdoor solar lights. They can operate at night as a path light and when the motion sensor is triggered it'll operate at full brightness. I picked up several of these (with less LEDs) in previous deals and they work really well.

Tmart are having a Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale which includes the 5x 25 LED Pack for $33.99 US

Remember to pay in USD with a card set to use it's own currency conversion to avoid Paypal's high conversion fees.

This is part of Singles' Day Sales for 2017.

I have 8 of these on my driveway. They are brilliant.
They look a bit cheap but they work so well.

Bought these previous, extremely happy with the brightness, and how well they light up the driveway.
    Highly recommend them!

  • any ideas how to mount these next to the driveway? was thinking a stake with some backing

check ebay can get cheaper sometimes.

  • These are great little lights (i have a couple of 25led ones)but i wonder if there is any advantage having a 30led one over a 20led one as they are plenty bright enough. The batteries and solar panels are all the same so the 20 led would run 50% longer.

Still haven't put up the last lot!

Better buy another five just in case

I have a couple of questions about these that someone may be able to answer…

    1. What type of rechargeable battery is inside them? The 3.7 V suggegsts that maybe its a standard size (66 mm) lithium ion battery.

    2. How waterproof are they?

    3. Has anyone had one/a few for a while (a few months) in use every night, and can verify that the batteries that they come with do not die within a few months?

  • Bought this last deal , they sent it to a different state in Australia, still trying to disput them via PayPal :/

Just installed one outside just wondering how to test it? Is it I have to wait until night time? I have leave it outside the whole morning today. I have to wait longer for it to fully charge?

The menu said there are 3 modes? Is it just press the on/off button to change?

    • Wait for night time it seems. Seems to be on or off, with a dim light, activating to bright light.
I put mine outside in the sun fully for a couple of days in turned off mode.
If there are 3 modes, it would just work by pressing the button?

      • I took it inside into a dark room to test it. With the on/off button you really couldn't tell whether it is on or not.

Doesn't look like there are 3 modes to select mentioned in the manual.

  • Does anyone know how many lumens the are rated at when at maximum output? I know it's not a perfect measure of brightness but it's an indicator. For example an old style 60w incandescent lightbulb would be about 800 lumen. The typical solar led in Bunnings is about 50 lumen.

    • The 30 LED ones I have are really bright.
I have one inside as a bit of a night light, but it really is too bright for inside.
I think the smd size for all of these are similiar, so if you have anything else around the house with these smd LED's, I think it would be a guide for you.

  • Anymore specials on this please ?
