  • any advantage over a normal vacuum?

    • +6

Yes, this one does everything by itself

      • -7

how does it climb over stairs?

        • +18

It can't actually, or else you wouldn't need your wife anymore

        • -4

@voldemort: I don't understand why you would sacrifice suction for a product that can take 30x as long to do the same job as a human?

        • +3

          @voldemort: avra kedavra!

        • +4

@Savas: because a human has to do 0% after setup. How many times can you do nothing and vacuum the floor?

        • +2

@BeRad: perfect! I will have more time to spend on OzBargain

        • +3

@Savas: I tell ya, the robots are taking over the world… ಠ_ಠ

        • +4

@Savas: well I don't know about you but it usually takes me 6 months to do 1 house vacuum.

  • i have the gen1 and its great. but cant stop thinking about the gen2 model. it looks awesomer!

    • +1

      Is this gen1 or 2 ?

      • +2

gen1… someone just posted gen2 just today as well but the price was double of this. a poster commented his review on it as well.

      • +2

Gen 1. The next generation is double the price but mops as well

kind remind: Item is great, but as a buyer, please check the Return policy before you make a purchase from this seller.

    • +2

Sounds like standard advice for any product

Also if the product is great you can probably worry less about return policies.

      • -5

        Yes sounds like.

Yes,item is great,so you can probably worry less about return policy, hope so :p

The special return policy is not friendly nor convenient.

        • Hi coolim

was there any problem with the return of your shoppingsquare purchase? I might be able to help. Just PM me with the details

        • Dude what are you on about? If you had trouble returning your item previously, let us know so at least we know there’s an issue.

        • Dani, why do your micro sd cards come from HK with a 3+ week wait?

        • @abacus: If you didn't buy one located in AUS then 3-4 weeks shipping from HK is pretty standard but if item was located in AUS then that's pretty dodgy.

        • I'm just saying for an enormous Ausralian company it's a bit slack that people have to wait 4 weeks for a micro sd card when they could easily have stock in Austraia as it's a high turnover item that weighs nothing. I could have paid a dollar more and got it in a day.

        • @abacus: Some people don't mind waiting for an item if they are saving some money but you always have the choice to pay a little bit more and buy one of their microSD cards located in Australia.

    • +3

I notice you've now negged this deal… but you haven't actually elaborated at all about what your experience is or what your neg is for.

      • +1

And his only 5 posts have been for Gearbest, a direct competitor. I wonder…

        • Nice one.

        • -3

GB is not comparable with this seller, hope GB pay me the comment fee,if i’m one of them :p

      • -2

just neg for the seller return policy, the deal is well, shipping fast(i bought a item before)

when your item have a problem, each message reply by customer service will take 1-2 day,so start from you request exchange or return the item and get back the replacement or refund they will need more that 3 weeks, also for the restock fee(when you request refund)

Of course, if the item is no problem you can ignore it

        • So you're just negging a bad return policy?

Ok, it sounds like a somewhat reasonable thing to be wary about (as I said above), but you don't appear to be referring to a specific experience you have. It sounds like you're referring to what you expect the experience to be.

This, combined with what tightarse said above makes me think you're an undeclared rep for Gearbest who's simply negging a competitor to try and knock them down.

To be more direct, are you basing this from an actual personal experience?

        • @illumination: But it,that's it

  • +1

Grab some virtual wall (magnetic tape) if you have a jungle of wires at the back of your TV or steps. Also extra double sided tape.

  • So this is $1 cheaper than GearByte which means can get it from either one, can anyone tell me, which retailer to go with or are they equally good/bad?

  • Wasn't the deal just this morning slightly expensive by 4 dollars?

  • +1

boycott this robot. its taking jobs from hardworking australians..just like those pesky self-service checkouts!

  • I'd definitely buy it at 20% off. Hope you do another deal soon.
