how do you find it?
I was thinking of getting one for freezing smoked bbq'd meat.
My first vacuum sealer so I dont really have anything to compare it against.
All i can say is that it does its job (I got it mainly for sous vide purpose)
I have the aldi one, love it and use it often, at $19 this is a steal!
How easy is it to find the bags? Dont see them on Targets website..
eBay has a lot.
Saw a twin roll of bags on the shelf for $20, same bags are in the box, save $1 if you just bought a second machine.
Might get one to do the kid's lunches.

Yeah a mixture of a late night post plus autocorrect - incidently you could possibly seal your vacuum if it was one of those handyvac ones 🙃
i find this vacuum sealer difficult to use. On a good day, the opening of the bags closed tightly before the vacuum has completed, leading to a half vacuumed bag. Tried wiping the bags dry and that didn't help.
Next time you're shopping for bags try to find the kind that are textured inside instead of smooth. My gf uses both (with a different machine) and she says the texture stops a seal forming before it's supposed to.
Is this available at all VIC Targets?

Thanks OP, I've now upgraded from my zip lock bags with my Anova Precision Cooker. Just sealed some salmon this afternoon and it gets better results than the water displacement method.
About 5 left at the Canberra Centre ACT.
Whoever does the photos for these clearly likes using a lot of plastic.

I've used the Ikea sandwich bags for my Anova but it always fills up with water in the end!! Might give this one a go
Possibly none left in SA. I only managed to get the last one at Southgate and none showing in locality of website listing. They have plenty of the pricey, but highly recommended Foodsaver brand at $139. Possibly similar to AMAZON listing, with AMAZON cheaper. $19 was the price for new of cheapest one on AliExpress.
