  • I assume these will work whilst I’m on a New Zealand Cruise?

    • +1

      Hi narremum

If you are travelling on a cruise to new zealand these SIM cards will work great,

However, if you will be using the SIM cards on the boat (away from NZ) I would highly advise against it for the following reason:

If you are outside of the NZ zone, it will be considered roaming rates, and the bundle will not apply.

May I suggest you have a look at the locations your visiting in NZ so that you don't have any service interruption?

you can check it out through the following link: https://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/coverage/

Hope that clears up the picture!

  • which network does this sim use?

  • Is there a time limit on when this sim can be activated ? I am going next year some time, but not sure when yet.

  • i need more data for 2 weeks trip

  • Do you have Thai travel sim for Asia ? or Japan ?

Bought one of these during their last deal and used the express shipping for a trip in October, ordered over a week in advance and even advised them of the date of travel. It is now the end of November and been back from our trip for over 2 weeks now. The SIM-card that was supposedly "shipped" is nowhere to be seen……..

Should've listened to danielslater811, haloish and Taneda1988 from the previous deal.

Ended up having to buy one from the local Harvey Norman that was around the corner from the airport, less stress and less headaches

Similar experience to chenny above. Ordered 8 or 9 days before trip, sim never arrived, and was issued an inactive tracking id. Emails went unanswered, raised PayPal case, got my money back. Will be wary of using them again, good deals, but maybe if really needed order a month in advance.

  • I was quite distressed last deal when I ordered it came after over a week. I thought this would be ok. Turned up with literally 5 min to spare before leaving. I should say that it could be a post problem but not sure, so just make sure to allow more than a week maybe two!!!
That being said, when I got to NZ it worked perfectly.
I had trouble getting data balance remaining, but two minutes in the shop and I was shown what to do.
Yes I would get them again. Just make sure you allow time.

SoEasy.Travel please quote longer, when answering questions on delivery times. You may get less complaints. :-)
