From today until 24/12 all Woolworths Rewards members will earn three points for every dollar they spend at BIG W.

I bought something there last night and didn't bother scanning my card because I didn't think they accepted it.
I thought I was becoming crazy, I was like I am sure they don't access woolworths rewards :)

It make sense to include big w in Woolworths rewards. Big w has to be one of the worse run Aussie retail companies that is still operating. So many things they could change to increase their sales.
how is it different from Target or Kmart ?
Flybuys is earned all year round for kmart and target with bonus points. Big w has no regular rewards and once a year link with rewards. Why? If successful, just do it all year round

Can't speak for others, but I get 3x points at Big W.

Don't have a plat edge so can't confirm, but I understand the Wish egift cards also gives 3 points in the Plat edge which means you can get Amex points + 5% off via egiftcard plus the everyday reward points?
Doesn't appear to allow an Apple Pay loaded Rewards card to be scanned.

Just select show code when you have Apple Pay open, and scan the barcode. Works fine.
I find I scan my card there and it says its accepted my card, but then no mention of points earnt or anything - So yeah no idea what their situation is.

I'm curious as to why Tasmania is excluded.
Tasmanians can't sign up for the Woolworths Rewards program, they have a separate program. (p.s. woolies employee, not bigw)
This is actually pretty ordinary, unless I'm missing something.
Eg. You buy $300 console/games/whatever… 900 points earnt. That's $4.50 savings at Woolies… (a whopping 1.5% off).
