  Any chance of covering Mt Agung Indonesia late feb to mid march?

  Totally screwed by 1cover, bought on 22 Sept, they announced no cover an hour later, went back to covering it for a couple of weeks in Nov (wouldnt refund in the meantime), won't cover us even though they had that period in Nov.

  Not going with those scrubs again.

    We currently have an alert in place and would not be able to provide cover for Mount Agung volcano eruption.

    I'd suggest you visit https://www.finder.com.au/bali-ash-cloud, in the second table you may be able to provide a company who will still provide you with cover for this event.

    Let me know how you go. I am in a similar boat. Got my leave approved Wednesday morning and straight away put a deposit on a villa to secure dates. Went to arrange travel insurance that afternoon an hour or two after they stopped covering volcanic activity. Just bad timing.

      1cover will not budge. We will insure using one of the providers in the link above solely for extra accom costs (about 50pp for 2 weeks in indo) and use the 1cover for anything else (lost/stolen/broken items)
