Hey rep, have you changed your supplier since April this year? Because the straps I purchased from you guys have frayed severely around the eyelets - and I don't even wear it everyday.

Haven't changed supplier (specifically for the NATO straps), however, we took feedback from our first sale and worked with our manufacturer to produce a higher quality NATO band whilst also introducing an additional QC.
All our bands go through a continuous improvement process - this involves us work ing directly with our manufacturer to ensure that the quality is of a high standard. It also helps us stand out from the ebay/aliexpress crowd also :)
I had a weird experience with a cheap eBay sport band. Are you saying yours won’t crumble when I first put them on, and that they slide in and out smoothly?
Haha! Most definitely won't crumble!
Yep there are quite a number of variants out there, we've done the hard work in testing a lot of them and working directly with manufacturers ensure that they are of the best quality possible.
Also, if you do happen to experience any issues, we are Australian based and thus offer a flexible warranty period :)
