Sennheiser HD 4.40 BT over Ear Headphones $173.60 Shipped @Wireless 1

100

PRICE MATCH AT OFFICEWORKS to bring it down to $164.92 <— lowest price ever?
(How do I attach a photo of my receipt?)

These are Bluetooth headphones with great build quality although mostly plastic.

Foldable, has aptx + Bluetooth 4.0, pretty lightweight, has NFC, comes with twist lock cable and micro usb charging cable, and a flimsy fabric pouch.

Claims to have 25hours runtime on battery, haven't tested it yet.

Caveats = small internal diameter earcups might not be comfortable for people with bigger ears, and
you can't use the mic when the cable is plugged in.
And Bluetooth mode doesn't work when charging.

Comes with 2 years warranty

Model HD 4.40BT
Frequency Response (Hz) 18 - 22000

I would just buy the AirPods instead at this price point, which is much more comfortable for use in the summer and sound quality is surprisingly good.

    • Have you tried these? No. Sound quality will be better and not tooth brush heads sticking in your ear from a floss charging case.

You are not going to get headphone quality sound in a similarly priced IEMs, it's just physics

      • I didn't say SQ wise AirPods are better. I owned Momentum 2.0 and HD598 and they all sound better but I didn't keep them because they were not comfortable to use in hot summer.

        • Just drop it. You are comparing apple with something else which of course better no need to think twice.

        • @dragonindespair:

Not even, they're comparing over-ear headphones to earphones, apples & oranges etc.

I got the HD 4.50 (noise cancelling version).. sounds pretty bad. I own a ton of Sennheisers.. love them.. and they really stuffed this one

I own the HD 4.50 BTNC and it sounds pretty good to me. I've currently got one on my head and going through bluetooth. It's got a good balance of treble and bass. I think you might not have yours setup right. Don't select the hands free speaker output in the Windows speaker output selection or it does sound bad. Select the proper main speaker output.

      • Not even using it on a PC. Tried it both wired and bluetooth as well..

Its not unusable, just in terms of detail, etc.. its pretty damn bad considering it carries a $330 RRP. 1st generation Momentums are far better.

        • Well i got my HD 4.50 free from a Courier Mail digital subscription so i'm not complaining.

  • Down to $156 now, shipped
