I notice that they sort of increased the shipping cost - in the beginning, it was an actual giveaway freebie.
Then a 30-cent USD charge as it "might be only 5% of the postage, but it is a way to avoid fake registrants and fair to all customers", but still "Absolutely Free" as "we apologize to our customers for any inconvenience in the past".
Now it slowly creeps up to 40, 45 and 50 cents - and they are all still "5% of the postage"(!????)
I still don't know what inconveniences have they caused in the past?
