UPDATE 08/12/17 :

Just a quick update regarding capacities. The area we booked include both outdoor and indoor sections. We have reached the capacity for the indoor section. The outdoor section also has a large capacity, but it is prone to rain (which hopefully wont happen according to the weather forecast. Feel free to continue to RSVP, however any RSVPs after this comment are not guaranteed, and will be dependent upon the weather on the day. Thanks for your attention, and hope the current weather forecast is accurate. (Did I just jinx it?)

Hi all,

Thanks for all your suggestions and interest. I'm really excited to announce that it is ON with a date and venue locked in, and also contributions from Mobileciti, JW Computers and Wireless1 stores. This is gonna be big!

Date/Time: Tuesday 12th December 6:00pm
Location: P.J Gallagher's Irish Pub Parramatta (74 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150)

      Both the Sydney North Shore and CBD meetup lasted around 3 hours, so there should still be many ozbargainers there. I think there's a good chance the food/freebies would already be ozbargained though.

      It is at a pub and alcohol may be present, and there will be a lot of people there, so I'm not sure it is kids friendly.

    I think I thanked everyone behind the event there but if not thank you all for making it happen.

    Great to meet some more ozbargainers and special thanks to Skycomp for the Gimbal - something that I've eyed for an age but always been just out of my target price range. (I didn't look very glamorous on the livestream lol)
