Requested for my son. Happy dad here. Merry Christmas!

Hopefully your son doesn't go on Ozbargain too often :P

  • I hope he doesn't find out until he finishes school! hahaha! He needs it for BYOD :) This is much better than what they recommend in school and cheaper too.

If pay with Bankwest platinum credit card or 28 degree card. The total price is only about 277$ each at current exchange rate.

  • I've never looked at one of these laptops with a smallish eMMC, can anyone comment on how much space from the 64GB is left after windows 10 files? Also, are there any noticeable speed differences between eMMC and SSD?

For the price and size it seems like a great deal compared to many laptops.

Maybe around 40gb? You can add an m.2 ssd to this one for expansion

The eMMC is quite a bit faster than my Dell Optiplex 790 i5 2400. I have added an SSD which is massively faster.I got a 3 fold increase in speed with an 128GB SSD, most get about 5 fold increase (still trying to figure out why I don't get the full speed). Easy to overclock and upgrade the heat sink to compensate for the extra heat. see https://techtablets.com/2017/11/getting-jumper-ezbook-3-pro/

Ordered this over a week ago. The page promised 24 hour dispatch (or less) and 3-4 day expedited shipping. They gave me a DHL Express tracking number on Thursday, however, it throws up a "not found" error. I suspect it hasn't been shipped.

Buyer beware should you want it before Christmas!

Same here mate. I have contacted them for a shipping update.

Hope you guys get a reply on this. I'll ask as well.

My delivery arrived yesterday. Will know if it works OK after 25/12.

        • Hi there, did your shipping ever update? Their CS has been very lacking, to say the least.

  • It says in a review that the page up/down, home & end keys are not there but that, "you can use the arrow keys"?

Do you have any way to map keys? I use home & end all of the time….

  • Is this Ezbook 3, version 3 or 4?

    • According to the rep it is version 4. If and when I receive it, I'll let you know.

  • Any recommendation on which m2 ssd to use? From what i gatehr from forums, it's touch and go when it comes to installing a ssd

    • $177.47 for a new 525GB SSD including shipping with "PUNCH" code.
It's the cheapest price for a 500gb capacity by about $60 to the next lowest that I found. Best $/GB when I compared to 128GB, 250GB and 1TB.
There are 5 left at this time.

I haven't tried it yet as there are shipping issues with Lightinthebox or their carrier…
