Good price? Looking for a large quality TV.

    How is Panasonic warranty?

  • I need to check the webiste, I dont know.
Also, I am not seller but interested in buying and confused between this one and Sony KD75X8500E 75 tv
    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/tv-home-entertainment/hd-televisio…

  • On Harvey Norman website, it says "Manufacturers Express Warranty (months) 12"

  • Can be had for 2.4k with amex deals and multiple cards

  • wow. if i have this i wont be bother to go out from my house.

Bought this yesterday from The GG, same price, HN did not match because it was a 'coupon' offer so said screw you took my business to The GG (who I'm not a huge fan of but HN can go f themselves).

This tv looks amazing and well worth the $400 extra over the Hisense (which I'm a fan of), feels more premium and slightly better specs.

I stopped shopping at Harvey Norman years ago for this very reason. In store they are not competitive on retail sticker pricing at all, and will begrudgingly match price only when it suits them. They will offer token discounts off the marked price to make you think you have negotiated a deal, but only schmucks shop there now. Good Guys, JB HiFi, and if you MUST shop at HN- only do so online on some of their advertised specials. In store… I don't even bother any more. I've spent thousands at GG's, with JB a very close second. HN is a dying business model, and when Gerry Harvey lobbied for extra taxes on overseas purchases, they lost me for good. Good riddance to an old dinosaur.

  • Does anyone stock the 65" for a decent price ?

Samsung 75" MU6103 4K Ultra HD LED LCD Smart TV

    $2796

    • Anyone know how this would differ from MU6100?

      • +1

i believe its that same family possibly difference is country its sold or something small .. panel etc would be all the same based on the model "family"

        • Thanks @scud70 The MU6100 has excellent gaming specs (lag) so I am hoping the MU6103 will as well.

      • Comparing specs seems to suggest some (mostly minor) features are left out in the MU6103, e.g.

        No Bluetooth Audio
        No “One Remote”
        No “One App Support”
        No Sound Mirroring
        No BT HID Builtin
        No Samsung Smart Control (included)

some of which I am not sure what they even are :-)

    • Good find cooldog… a 75" decent brand for under $3k. Not bad, not bad at all. Plenty of Soniqs and HiSense, but haven't seen a Samsung this low in quite a while. Nice.

Must resist… Been waiting for 75 inch 4k at around 3k…. So so so tempted

  • Just a warning, that bottom stand is shiny chrome and will reflect everything. Its also massive. Its one of the reasons I went the Sony X9000E instead. I've had a look at both in store and its really really shiny. If you have windows near it they'll be reflected.

    • I agree it is shiny, also agree that the stand is wide, tv units generally come in 45cm depth, this is 41cm… my soundbar is currently looking for a placement spot. But still well worth the quality of the picture, something about the Panasonic that oozes quality.

    • How much did you pay for X9000E? Was it near this price and additionally, this Panasonic model is top-end non-OLED TV from them and is 3D…
So still too much confused as to which one to go for :(

      • I got the 65" x9000e not the 75, the jump between prices on the x9000e from 65 to 75 was way too much to justify, my viewing distance needed between 60-70" as well. I paid $2366 inc. delivery at the goodguys sale last night. Had to get it delivered from somewhere else as the x9000e is on back order at ever Harvey Norman and Good Guys in aus. Sony are currently making more but have no delivery dates, earliest Harvey could tell me was in the new year around the 18th.

        • Oh OK.
          Thanks for the reply.
