How are these guys on cancellations? I just ordered a pair but checked some reviews on my previously ordered pair and they're bad with cancellations/feedback.
What reviews are you looking at. Most reviews highly rate it. Minor nedatives. Not as comfortable with certan users compared to Bose QC 352. Good noise cancelling and features.
should've been more clear. I purchased a previous pair with reviews stating that the ebay store I bought from were bad with cancellations, not addicted2audio.

Depends what's easier for you, if you're able to be there at 10 when the store opens that's fine but otherwise its recommended coming at 4.30 just to be sure :)

Just show them the picture of the Sony kiosk price, they should match it without any issues. There are a few people who posted receipts in there as well. Don't worry that it says expired, they still did it for me and they don't bother to confirm with the store, they are still making profit.

Hello, I just bought one yesterday in Newtown store, but when I go back home I find there is no TLW card, I connect the sony Staff online and they say TLW card is necessary, the staff suggests me ask for the TLW card from you.

Starting to think it might be source related… Trying to narrow down the issue… No cause for alarm yet..
Not source related… Noise was coming through when nothing was playing on my phone. Seems to occur when NC is set to max.
