Being that this ships from OS, does this not include a full warranty?
Apple is known to honor one year warranty for all Apple products in Australia. Some of the Macbooks on Shopmonk website are Australian stocks, which means they are covered for 2 years in Australia.
Finally getting to an acceptable level price for the 12". Good to see.
Not sure about the International Warranty, as we bought an apple product from Kogan once and we had to send it to China to have it fixed under warranty, which took at least three weeks before we hot it back.
All items on Shopmonk website are backed by one year Shopmonk warranty. Apple is known to honor one year warranty on overeseas stocks. Alternatively, customers can send the item to our Yarraville VIC warehouse for all warranty claims. (Apple and non-Apple).
I ordered the macbook air from shopmonk on the 17th and it was delivered today. The tag on the box says the original importer was an indian company. Is this normal for Shopmonk products?
Please note that we source our products from different regions depending upon various factors (exchange rates/manufacturer willing to negotiate on price). Does it say Apple India as importer?
