products in a single transaction from www.thegoodguys.com.au on Tuesday December 26th 2017 from
1.00am to Wednesday December 27th 2017 at 3.00am and select to ‘pick up’ their order in store. The
order must be collected and paid in full by end of business Tuesday 2nd January 2018.

Promotion Dates:

      I have gotten Miele filters with store credits before. I don't know if you could get a vacuum cleaner or whitegoods with it though.

    I used this for the LG B7t oled TV + CashRewards for local pick up which ends up being on par with the ebay 10% off if you don't want to wait for delivery.

    I tried calling to confirm my order for pickup but they won't pick up and says they're closed, so I went into the stores 30 mins later before receiving the the pickup confirmation and they can process it on the spot with your order number.

    Did this for the 55” oled, got a web order number, but no tax invoice in my email yet, and the store said it hasn’t appeared on their system yet :(

    Bought a soundbar just now from their ebay store using the 10% off ebay code.
    I prefer direct discount via ebay rather than the store credit which have to be used in one month.

          You can use the contact part of their website and submit an enquiry about the promotion. This happened to me during the cyber Monday promotion and has happened again with this one. I'm not sure the people instore know much about the online promotions, they can provide you with the customer service number which isn't on the website either.

          Thanks for the info, saved me a 40 minute round trip driving to their store to most likely accomplish nothing. I sent an inquiry through their site so ill see whats happens from that first.

          @billyb67: Yes i heard back and have got mine now and has already been used. Email inquiry was useless though and after a 4 day wait they sent me an email saying to check my spam folder, so much help they were. i called a store and they gave me a number for head office and when i gave them a call they were happy to send me another email seeing as i never got mine. I don't remember the number off the top of my head but try that.

          They're really hopeless with this one. I still haven't received it after an email enquiry and a call to their customer service line. Basically all I've been told is yes I qualify and we'll pass it along to our promotions team.
