    It’s 250KG

    That’s way too heavy…

    Probably why they’re discounted.

Mate, that's the load capacity, not the weight of the trolley itself…..

      • +4

        Are you sure?

        • +1

they need an emoji for sarcasm

      • +5

        load capacity

        ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

        woosh ;}

  • Did you notice whether they had air filled or solid tyres?

    • Meant to reply to your comment. See below

      Do your own research, stemcell

JV stop being a Vietnamese currency.

    • Nevermind : beaten to the helium crack

  • +2

Looks like the same one I have. Air filled tyres

    • -1

You can fill them with helium so you can increase the max. load.

these do the job but the split pin holding the wheels to the axle is crap…i'll be buying some bigger sturdier split pins in the future.
also the paint is crap and scrapes off with minimal use…but for $20 what do you expect i guess?

    • The pnematic wheels always break first. Replacements are possible but I'd always recommend the solid wheels. Been through 10+ at the company over 5 years.

  • Build on the trolley is decent, but the tyres aren't the greatest but do the job. I admit I have had more than 300kg on the other fold up model and wheels decently.

Looks rather like the red supercheap one which is about the same bargain basement price, nationwide.
In fact, it's on special for $19.99 at the moment. (I think it often is though)
We have one- does the job and isn't too bad quality. (i.e. we haven't broken it yet after 3 moves)

    • Good option, unless you're in WA

    • Thanks a supercheap auto is nearer to my place

Hey OP, thanks for the listing, you may wan't to remove the [SA, Windsor Gardens] from the title, as it is on the website so it's Australia Wide.

For those wondering the site states 'Inflatable tyres'

  • +3

It was on sale a couple of months ago. Seems like a regular price.

  • +8

I also think Supercheap Auto has a
    faster one in red.

  • +1

What is the usual price? Is this a bargain?

  • +1

Probably reduced to match a supercheap special.

I've got one of these, busted a tyre and a replacement was $13… bought another one.. now i've got a spare tyre and i'm sure i can repurpose the deck into something else. Chassis of a billycart maybe? haha

Not sure who cares, but as an ex courier/delivery driver, these are absolute rubbish. Acceptable for one or two cabinet or fridge moves, but if you expect some work from them, forget it.
The wheel bearings are the weakest point. Sustained use at medium weights (50kg or so) will have them fubared in a matter of weeks. I can't recommend them less.
No idea who really needs one of these other than for an odd job (in which case, give your mate a few beers to help lift), because they are junk. Tyres are likely to split quickly, frame welds are weak, and any replacement parts are worth more than buying new.
I'm not actually bagging the deal, but just warning from 20 years experience (where hand trolleys are an essential part of the job) that the product is crap. For longevity, look at $80 and upward.

Not sure who cares, but I call these sack trucks. Maybe an SA thing?

    • Nup, I'm from SA and we have always called them sack trucks here too.

      • +1

So you've confirmed it's definitely an SA thing.

        • Well, I can confirm that I've never heard them described as P-Handle Trolleys before!

    • Prob depends a bit on where you were dragged up I guess, but around areas where you’d be hauling sacks of pretty much anything (particularly in warehouses and docks and what not) it would make sense to call them a sack truck. Old mate neighbour, long passed, was a dock worker in the Port and they’d routinely haul 40 KG sacks or more on their back, so something like this would have been a dream.

I’ve got an el cheapo one and you get what you pay for. I’ve abused the hell out of it, besser blocks, cement bags, all sorts of crap and left it out in the sun. It’s not appreciated it, but it’s still going OK but the only issue is the tyre pressure goes down and it’s not super smooth wheeling it.

  • +1

I don't need one of these trolleys. I lift.

      Happy Hernia!

Looks like the one I bought cheap a few years ago - paint coming off in large chunks and rusted underneath despite always being kept under cover.

    • i agree the paint is crap…but rusting out? might consider returning the one i bought a couple months back to bunnings….once i finish using it :D

  • I paid $25 at bunnings frankston

  • +1

    250k rated , is that once ?

  • +1

Well, if you are heading to Bunnings, I'd recommend picking up a couple movers dollys too to complete the package.
$12 a piece, usual price.. they knock them down to $5.00 occasionally though.
They make scooting unwieldy, heavy things about the house pretty easy.. or down the road if you pick something large up on gumtree.
