Lifetime Website and Online Store Via Simvoly for US $49 (~AU $62.49) via App Sumo

60

Hi,

Just came across this deal. Good deal for small businesses, own store, or just web present. Easy to manage, update and design own website without overheads. For your website hosting only normally, you are looking at $6/month or more. On top of that, you need website designing platform or help of a designer/developer. This is not the most amazing platform and there are many out there. The pro for this platform is lifetime usage, unlimited storage, bandwidth and zero transaction fee (One website only). 60-day money back guarantee makes it a little safer for you. For that price, it's worth a try and cancel within 60 days if you don't like it.

More details about the platform: https://simvoly.com

As the deal mentions the deal attracts:
- Lifetime Access to Simvoly
- Unlimited Pages, Storage, Bandwidth and Contributors
- Includes Analytics and Tracking
- Up to 100 Store Products (Get Unlimited Store Products for $10/mo)
- Unlimited Website Members
- 0% Transaction Fees
- 60-day money back guarantee. No matter the reason.
- One website only
- 100 products permitted. $10/month for more products.

Other options are WooCommerce/WordPress (do it yourself or get a freelancer), Weebly (basic at $10/month), Wix (US$16.50/month for e-commerce), BigCommerce (US$29.95/month) or Shopify ($29/month) and so on.

Thank you and all the best!

  • "This deal is for a lifetime subscription of a single website, made on the platform, not for the whole platform itself :)"

There's no fine print I can find and the comments from the actual provider don't help, eg:

"1 deal is for 1 website and the $10/month is for that website"

    • So there's still fees to use the platform, ie: e-commerce? This is really vague

      • No. There is no extra few. $10 fee if you are selling 100 products.

Thanks for the heads up. I have updated to state for one website only.

No there is no extra $10 fee unless your products are over 100.

  • Plus the platform owner may remove your items or shutdown the whole store if they think it is invalid. Today Wordpress can handle such a thing with very low cost and risk.

    • +2

Invalid in what way? Most e-commerce stores have that power anyway.

      • Like myself selling Game accessories that not authorised. :)

        • Selling illegal products is risky, even shopify will block your website.

        • @chkz84: Cannot be even more true. would like to take control the website myself not 3rd party platform. :)

        • @arkilis: I am the same. I am using a few different platforms for different sites.

I have been in trouble once for selling something not allowed. I thought I was covered but I wasn't.

        • @chkz84: what kind of stuff? :)

        • @arkilis: It was electric chargers which were not accredited by AEC. I purchased them locally and had to recall. It wasn't my fault and I had no idea about AEC and it's laws.

  • Read up on Verst?

    https://techcrunch.com/2017/11/30/dropbox-acquires-verst/

    Horror stories abound.

That article says nothing about a horror story and nothing about this E-commerce platform. What information am I missing?

  • I have bought several Appsumo "only $49 for lifetime access" deals. They are great marketers :)

In practice I found that I rarely use any of the Appsumo stuff I bought.
Maybe it's just me - I would be interested to hear from others that have bought Appsumo deals - have any of them been worthwhile? Do you actually use any of them?

Don't know about this deal - sounds great, like all their deals!!

I purchase a heap of stuff from them. The best ones which I use are Social Insider, Deposit Photos, Tars and Stencil. I found a couple useless including CloudPress, etc.

Thanks for sharing OP, I purchased the 3 stack because I'm confident that this will work for my purposes. Also, AppSumo has been good with refunds when I've found a service not to be to my liking in the past.
