I know for most things shipping kills the deal, but if you can click and collect the item, they are good prices.

Also, if you happen to get your item cancelled by the store because they cant find it, be sure to open up the zing web page and look at your orders. I have had it numerous times where they cancel the order because they cant find the item, and through the webpage when you amend the order, rather than agreeing to the cancel, they give you the option to ship it and no further cost.

    What happens if you order many items online for delivery but they don't have one of your items? Do they cancel the whole order or just post some of the items?

      From previous posts it seems they often post items out separately regardless of whether any of your items have been cancelled.

        What happens with the postage costs in that situation then? If I bought 10 items and only 1 of them were posted I wouldn't like to have to pay the whole postage cost.

          When it's happened to me, they post it for free. Bit of a glitch or "hack" I've rung up stores before to see if they have it I stock, and told no, but the website has allowed click and collect.
          Then I get an email saying they can't find it, you can either cancel or have it posted. Select post. And no extra charges - free shipping.

          DISCLAIMER Only works sometimes though.

          Did it on two orders today. One only gave me the option to cancel. The other gave the option of cancel or ship for free

          @caviar: Even with the ship for free option, there's no guarantee they'll find it in the warehouse. What OP is saying is true. I ordered a board game for click&collect but they couldn't find it so I got it shipped for free to my place.

      I only know what happens when they cancel an online click and collect. Never had the warehouse cancel my order.

    I hate the show but the ozbargainer in me wishes I was a fan of Big Bang Theory because of all the merch that ends up in bargain bins.

    If you see the $9.06 postage cost, it means the stock is sourced from Zing/EB stores themselves, not the warehouse.

      They told me the same thing.
      Was skeptical every item was not there so I put in multiple single item orders and 3 out of the 5 were instore.
      Seems they would cancel the whole order if they can't find a single item.
