The Zapals one is a roll up variety, without an aluminium frame as on the Officeworks one,(which makes the OW one suitable for hanging up and it is very sturdy). They are all magnetic.
Certainly the Zappals is more convienient.

Is it like those Fisher Price white boards young kids play with that have very large "pixels"?
I would say this one has more functionality that the ones sold at Officeworks and Aldi etc because this one is magnetic and can be stuck on a metal surface while all of the other ones are not and they are more chunky
