    Sound was good but poor design just kept falling out of my ears so I gave them to a family member with kid size ears.

        Yes but the tips sit in a way that the weight of the little arm covering the cable just makes them fall out regardless, the only way I could use them was to sit perfectly still.

        I got some Creative bt phones with in-ear hooks and it's much less frustrating.

  I have one. It sounds acceptable for the price. But it's not going to blow you away.

  I'd say it's worth the money, provided you're not after NC. A good NC neckband IEM will cost $300+, but won't sound $300 better.
