The first 1,000 participants to qualify and complete the survey will receive a free regular coffee.

Terms and conditions apply. The free coffee offer is for one regular coffee per person dine in or take away. The offer includes a choice of cappuccino, café latte, flat white, long black, chai latte, espresso, macchiato, long macchiato or babyccino. The offer excludes mochas, Vienna, affogato and other non-coffee hot beverages such as hot chocolate or tea. Offer includes coffees made with either full cream or skim milk - non-dairy milks and syrups are at an extra charge payable by the customer.

Depending on your answers, the survey may take up to 10 minutes to complete. The survey will remain open for 7 days.

    Have to put that you shopped there recently? I put my city and more than 6 months and it said I'm ineligible..

    Nevermind, worked for me.

    Put "None of the above" as the answer on the first page to be eligible and say that you've shopped in the last week.

        Yep, tried again with incognito. There were some questions that actually made you in-eligible (like saying that you never visited Michel's) so make sure you are as optimistic as possible in your answers.

    Michel's is run by the same franchise group as Crust - the notorious Retail Foods Group. Last time Michel's did a free coffee giveaway in Perth, two out of their three stores said they were not participating

    Don't want to even try this deal given all the news about how many of the RFG franchisees are deeply in debt…so this marketing promo would be yet another burden imposed by the head office on them.

    • the survey crashed just before the last page, then when it came back online my kid was jumping all over me and I reckon I've done the same as you. Grrr.
      Really earned a coffee after that survey too!

      I didn't know Donut King, Gloria Jean and Michel's Patisserie brands are owned by the same company. All three shops are located next to each other at my local shopping centre and I thought they were competitors.

      It said at the end of survey to allow a few days. Can't remember the exact wording but it was along those lines.

    Thanks OP, I was a "every couple of weeks" customer but the reality is I only went there once in my life for a free coffee. Was really nice, but I wouldn't pay for it. Used the survey to select all the free things as good :D

    After the ACA story, it made me feel sorry for them and made me want to go to a store but the food looks like mostly rubbish

    • i have the Auto Refresh Plus extension in Chrome. put the survey page in a separate window from my other tabs and let it refresh every few seconds in the background until it loads the survey page

    Hi All. Unfortunately this survey is only open to those who have received an email invite with a unique link. Without a unique URL the survey is not capturing your responses, including your email address and unfortunately no free coffee can be sent to you. We would hate for you to waste time filling the survey out without any possibility of receiving a voucher.

      Are you kidding me???? I just spent 15 mins giving you my honest opinion about your upcoming loyalty program and I reckon it worths at least a slab of beer but I'm willing to accept free cup of coffee!!!

      Now you're telling me that I won't even be getting a drop of drink because "it's not working as intended"?????

        Their loyalty program is unlikely to be successful as they aren't even giving it out as they intended.

      Looks like your "loyalty" programme is already off to a flying start.

      Haha one thing you don't do on Ozbargain or anywhere really is give people an excuse to hate you. That develops a bad reputation and less customers. I would actually be tempted to have a buy one get one free (once a month) loyalty reward but you'll have to drag me in when I'm dead to see me anywhere near your stores again.

    Confirming I received my free regular coffee code yesterday…

    I had actually received the survey invite via email but didn't see it till OP posted this…

    Ended up doing the awful survey twice! Lol… 😂
