I can use the coupon code ( old account ) but the price of the items appears to have gone up to $15
so the cost for the cable ends up being $5 shipped which still isnt bad for the length and Belkin cables will be better quality than some of the ones I currently use.

Refund what? We didn't pay a cent. The coupon deducted $10 from the purchase amount instead of giving your account $10 credit (which would've been different).
