    Borderline advertising….

    • How? It's much cheaper than the last one.

      • GearBest has some excellent deals in terms of price. What seems to be creeping in is that there is so few of them that it is basically impossible to get. I know many will say ‘you snooze you lose’, which is partially true. To me though, it smells of the retail strategy of “loss leading” to gain more exposure.

        • Loss leading is their strategy and for most other Chinese stores here. It works.

Out of curiosity, what's the quantity available with BILAKOSJ180? Sounds like 5 lol

  • Bilakos’s codes are always in low quantity

  • Says you need the xiaomi gateway to use ??

    • Definitely

    • Most of the automation ones need a gateway as they use zigabee

      • Ok. I'll have to check into getting one. Few of these gadgets are tempting :)

  • Note that these ones don't have a pressure sensor, so for the extra dollar or two, or for the extra week's wait for the square one to go on sale, you'll have more metrics at your disposal.

    • How are you logging this data?

      • I log via domoticz

        • cool, what version of the gateway did you get? Looks like you set the gateway to dev mode then you can connect to it? I'm looking for mqtt and node-red compatibility.

        • @sjp770:

The V2 I believe. Not sure what the difference between them are.

The latest beta supports the Aqara temp/humidity sensor and more of the aqara stuff.

Another possible benefit of the square one is that it uses CR2032 cells which you might already have spares of instead of CR1632 which this one uses.

Is there any codes for the aqura one?
