  I've been having great experiences with Malindo (PER-KUL). Much cheaper than full service airlines and marginally more expensive than AA (once you consider luggage inclusions).

  Just got Melbourne to Kochi return for $410 (no bags for me, meals an extra $6Aud each approximately) Good price for a quick beach break holiday in India

  Air asia website and App seem glichy at the moment (more than usual).

  I would check both before booking.

  You should also check the return flight KUL->SYD for example as it is advertised here for $145AUD.

  (I have seen as low as $183 in school holidays on the app eg. 23/4 but it seems to glich even lower on the website; with this current 'sale').

  Anyways, generally it is usually cheaper to fly back. Funny how air-asia doesn't advertise the cheaper return flight on airasia.com.au to those flying from Australia…. I mean most times we need to return.

  I got my girlfriend from malaysia to buy tickets for me to fly from perth and back to perth, i saw about almost 100$ difference, talk about ip tracking. maybe someone else can try a vpn to check the price difference from country to country .
