      Who wants a silent one though. The idea of power tools and garden equipment is to make as much noise as possible.

      The SS actually works - especially with palm fronds. Don't buy cheap shredders, they clog up easily, and really only useful for leaves and very small branch clippings.

    I guess the aldi one is better value as it comes with a collection bag and a wider cutting width (39mm vs 35mm)

    Are these any good for turning rabbit poop pellets to mulch or will they just fall through the gap?
