  Gen 3 is released with newest CPU last month.
  I believe Gen 3 will be on the market this month and gen 2 will have a big price drop soon.

    There is 2in1 XPS 15? I thought it's only 13 inch.

    The performance for the 2in1 is very limited for me with the Y processor.
    Processor and ram is very important to me, I'm doing a lot of programming.

        @greencomet: Given the current normal XPS15 of 2999, probably this would cost almost 4000…
        Even with 20% off that's a lot of cash.
