Ebay are just weird these days - so who wouldn't just hold of for the now standard $1 Sundays?
They also seem to have ramped up the spam recently

depends when your meth dealer wants to be paid and how much stolen goods you can store at home until next ebay offer.

Never targeted by any of the seller invitations :(

    • Neither was I, some helpful ozbargainer advised me to check my email settings - you can't get the promotions unless you are opted in to the appropriate emails.

Saw it on one of my accounts. Probably only good if you're selling big ticket items, else the $1 super sunday is better. Looks like Amazon has done its trick.

    • Is the $1 Sunday, every Sunday? When does it expire?
Do we need to accept the promo? Or just post an item on Sunday?
      Thanks

      • So far it's been on the past few sundays. You have to accept the offer first, and list only on that sunday. No idea when ebay will end it.

Yes you need to accept the promo before listing items - or end an item and relist after accepting… It's been running since late November last year and I thought it would end late Dec but was pleasantly surprised that it's kept on rolling on - saved me a bunch in seller fees :)

        • eBay & paypal charge a very high commission rate. It's like 15% or more after all the fees are paid. And that's just a normal ad! I wonder what the bigwigs at eBay would be charging today if not for the arrival of Amazon in oz. I hope there will be many more of such competitors. eBay has been monopolizing the market long enough.

  • still worked for me 3 sec ago.
