brb, getting my riot gear ready.

    • We are not the french! I won’t riot for anything less than a dyson sale

      • I riot for Eneloops

      • You not only have to be french but also of middle eastern appearance ;)

        • Nailed it.

  • At last the smaller 400g jar is at a great per 100g price.

I won't have to feel as guilty for spooning 750g or 1kg jar of Nutella by myself.

    • +1

You'll just spoon 2-3x 400g jars to make up for it!

    • Never feel guilty while spooning

  • Nutella only contains 13% hazelnut and 7.4% cocoa. 56.3% is sugar. https://www.nutella.com/en/uk/range

    • +3

13% hazelnut is actually a lot higher than I expected.

    • +6

      That's why it's so delicious.

      Hey, you’re not Watchnerd!!

    • And also 30g of fat per 100g, out of which 10g is saturated…

    Nutella Sugar Hazelnut Spread

  • causes cancer, blah blah blah.. being eaten by Italians since 1963..

    • you're absolutely right DrMilan(o)

    • Yes, but what a tasty cancer spread it is. Eat in moderation and enjoy life.

Here we go again…… the same comments for nutella!!! I dont think any one eats nutella JUST BCOZ its a hazelnut spread, just like no one will eat a strawberry jam bcoz it has got strawberries, its just the taste every body addicted to..

    • Sugar free? Did you link to the wrong recipe?

rice malt syrup is pure sugar.

This is only useful if you have some kind of health condition related to fructose.

Also being able to fool someone into this being nutella?

Even if you follow the exact nutella recipe its miles away from what nutella tastes like.

If it was that easy to replicate nutella, all the copies would have done it already.

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_rice_syrup

"Brown rice syrup and products containing it were found in a 2012 study[6] to contain significant levels of arsenic (As), which is toxic to humans"

Cut the sugar, increase the arsenic. Yay. Or… just enjoy Nutella in moderation and don't pig out on it.

I've started putting Nutella on my weetbix. It's a good substitute for Vegemite.

  • I found a gorilla’s little tow in my last jar of Nutella. Must have got jammed up in the palm oil tree harvester.

    • +1

You must have bought Coles brand. Nutella use sustainable palm oil.

      • Driving up demand for palm oil is not sustainable.

  • lets burn this mother down pookie
