Some people have said that the last batch of jerky was a little dry which is understandable with that heatwave that came through but we have tweaked the machines and we are happy with our product taste and texture :-)

Things to know

As this is a big sale and we want to send out your beef jerky fresh (your jerky will be made Monday-Friday next week). and packed and sent. Expect a 5-7 working day turnaround before item is sent.

      I agree with APN as well jerky's bit dry and has like a vegemite sort of after taste i bought 2 x 500g bags from you just bought another now but would like to see you try things differently giving it more texture / moisture when i purchased from you years ago it was really good stuff

        We have tweaked it a little but we still follow our Accredited procedures that we have been doing for years. 66% moisture gone……………

  Best Jerky ever IMO! I don't like the softer stuff the supermarkets sell. Is dry, is good.

  Also a tip: Geronimo ship in 500g satchels, so your shipping dollar goes furthest if you were to purchase amounts nearest to 500g/1kg, etc (as opposed to 200g / 600g)

  I don't like soft jerkies either. So far my favourite is Geronimo.

  I too like it dry. If you want a wet jerky look at biltong, but geronimo is unmatched for taste. My downfall is that the more I buy the more I eat! The bigger the bags the bigger the pieces. I'd like to see smaller pieces in the 500g bags so that I'm not munching on huge pieces at a time.
