    For what it’s worth some of us had trouble applying the code last time. I got there in the end but it wasn’t as smooth as I’d have liked.

  • What has been the best deal or price for 12 months (or whatever the longest amount is) of Xbox live gold membership or is there free deals or cheaper smaller month packages that have appeared previously?

    Might be interested in purchasing some either for myself or showing a friend.

    • About as cheap as it goes now days. Believe I got it in the $40s pretty frequently 5+ years ago but mid $50s now days is decent.

  • As a new GamesDeal customer for this deal, I bought and paid for the 12 months Xbox Live.
    The transaction went through OK but 2 hours later I get an email from them entitled "Verification". It was plain text email that said:

    "Dear Customer, Thanks for your purchasing here on our website! These days, we got some unauthorized payments via Ayden. For the safety of your money and Ayden account, we would like to confirm your order info with you here. Then we can help to finish your order fast. Could you tell me what did you order and order number is? Who is the Card Holder? What’s the relationship between you and Card holder? How did you first hear about our website? Sorry for any inconvenience may send due to the verification raised by our system. Thank you very much for your cooperation."

    Is this a worry?

    I also signed up as a new GamesDeal customer for this deal and paid by Credit Card. I received 2 separate invoices (different invoice numbers) via email 15 minutes later. My GamesDeal account shows one purchase, but 2 separate invoices as well. Credit card only shows one prepayment though It's been 5 hours and I've still note received a Code. Possibly because they're in a different time zone and it isn't automated…

    I also got two emails with 2x invoices..
    Luckily only one payment was taken.

    Then the weird ‘Verification’ email. Now waiting 8 hours and still no code!

  • Damn was going to get this over this weekend, but reading comments above not gonna bother now.

  • I've now received the code and it activated fine. Still not sure about the 2 invoices. Their online ticket system directs to a dead link after filling out all the info. I'm sure it'll be fine, just a longer wait than expected for the code.

      I just applied mine. I had to July 2108 and now says expiry of July 2019, so should stack against existing subscriptions fine.

  • ordered from this place yesterday arvo. woke up this morning with an email stating they have cancelled my order due to a security check of their system…wtf haha

        • Confirming that I received my code. Took a few hours but it works.

    • I received the code about 8 hours after payment. Code works and is legit, was sent to my paypal email address.
