@Clear: It was shipped out on the 9th according to the tracking information provided. Which means based on the Express postage and the fact it only took a day to be shipped out of Hong Kong, I don't believe CNY had to do anything with it. It was shipped out of Hong Kong as well.

sitewide codes generally can't be applied to Flash sale, they will just override the current discount and replace it with 7% off the full priced item. I tested it just now.

Anything that has a flash sale price, or any sort of discount already, will revert to a massively inflated regular price before applying the discount.
