    Glad I came here - Similar story to others. I ordered on March 6 and am still waiting for delivery as of April 15th. Stuck in Sydney since the 15th. And been told it should arrive by May 6. Better communication would be appreciated, though I guess I get what I paid for…

      10-25 business days from the postage date is not anywhere near May 6th.

        In Chinese, you read from right to left…. so translated it's anywhere between 52 - 01 days for delivery.

    My hypothesis is the tracking site is bullsh*t. They send them normal china post, and probably hold back to send everything at once to save costs. But rather than saying that they link to a fake tracking site so they can blame it on the shipping companies and say they shipped straight away

    I still think it will arrive over the next few weeks, but the tracking site is completely fake.

    That said it's good information to take screenshots of in case we need to raise paypal disputes.

    ha reporting another one here with a package shipped on 8th March and been stuck in Sydney for clearing since 21-March @ 8:52am

    reached out to them again today and they reply saying their cutoff deadline is 5th of May. Then I can contact them again and will offer me a "solution"

    As @stratbargain pointed out there is almost certainly a shipping container hiding somewhere in the Sydney docks with a ton of Rosegal stock waiting to be distributed.

    Should have read all the bad reviews before ordering.

    Mine hasn't turned up. Original tracking they provided never worked. I was only able to work out the tracking thanks to a previous poster and was able to find out mine is the same as everybody else here. Stuck in Sydney since 15th March. Normally the longest I ever waited for delivery from China was 1 month.

    This is the first and last time I will use Rosegal.

    I have submitted a Paypal dispute. This is beyond ridiculous in no way is it reasonable to have a product still not delivered after almost 50 days.

    I will be downvoting any and all Rosegal posts going forward and linking back to this thread.

        They replied back to my dispute and said if it hasn't arrived by the 6th of May they will refund my money.

      To be fair it does say on their website that 9% of packages arrive between 31-45 days and it hasn't been that long yet.

      Paypal disputes can be raised within 180 days I believe, so you have nothing to lose waiting until May…

      But let us know how you go :)

    Wow, just found this. Stuck with the same info as everyone else.
    Same generic lines about having to wait till May.
    Same thing about checking with neighbors, post office, etc.

    Funny thing is I ordered other products before hand and they delivered in a reasonable time (the nespi case for example).

    Hopefully it's just this product as I've also ordered a couple of more items from them since (it's the ozbargain bug!!!).

    IF ANYONE gets theirs after being stuck in Sydney please let us all know!!!!

    Talked to Rosegal through chat and got the same usual response as everybody else. To just contact the post office etc. I just don't get how 100% of these orders have not been received after almost 2 months. They all can't be held up at the border/customs. Even if AU Post hasn't scanned or updated the tracking, they should at least have been delivered by now. I call bullshit to them using Australia Registered Mail. More likely on the slow boat from China!! Lost or stolen. Surely there isn't a container sitting somewhere on A dock unopened. Since its supposedly been scanned in Sydney according to the tracking.

    Mine finally arrived today here in Sydney metro. Also says it was posted from Aukland New Zealand. Even though like everybody else tracking says it was sent from Shenzhen via Hong Kong to Sydney.

    Box was also a bit beat up and damaged all round with a rip along top right side edge of the outside sleeve. Although considering how long it took to get here I'm surprised it made it here at all in one piece. Given it was just sent in a flimsy bubble padded mailer with little protection.

    Today was my delivery deadline (metro Vic). It didn't arrive, so I followed up with the existing ticket I had raised with Rosegal and they gave me 3 options:

    1. send it again (spare me)
    2. a store credit
    3. full refund to my PayPal account.

    I went with option #3.

    I'm kind of annoyed i didn't raise a paypal or dispute with rosegal…. you all have started receiving refunds.

    All i got was the actual controller. haha… FINALLY. And yes, mine was also stuck in sydney since the 15th March after ordering on the 8th. Not a good first impression.

    Controller works on android well enough, though haven't actually tried playing any games… just used gamepad tester.

    Actually, if anyone else has an android, can you download gamepad tester and tell me if the analog results look weird? right analogue doesn't seem to go all the way to 1 or -1, though left one does.

    Holy moly after 79 days since ordering i finally got my refund from Paypal (still no product in sight). Acouple other people at work had similar experiances with Rosegal with diffrent products.

    Lesson to be learned here, just pay the extra money and get it from a reputable seller and second lesson is to AVOID ROSEGAL AT ALL COSTS.
