$849 for a JVC TV. 5% less with 'you know what'

This model is LT-65N780A

There was a similar deal for $899 at ironically the same store recently also for 2 units
But that's a LT-65N785A. Can't tell what the difference is.

    Is that irony though?

Came here looking for an explanation of the irony. Saw coincidence and perhaps coordination though.

IT’S LIKE RAAAAAAINNN ON YOUR WEDDING DAY

        It's a freeeee riiiii-i-ide-uh, when you're already late.

      • It’s ironic that nothing in that song is actually ironic.

Well it's not irony, but there's certain humour in having a sale and then later having an "intro price"

    I have this one https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/284415

I would say this is similar by specs however may have more brightness.

No mention of smart TV so I assume it is a dumb TV.

Nothing special as you can say that it is "fit for purpose" model.

My one has 4:4:4 4K60p so I would assume the same for this one.
Surprised mine is still working well after having it for over a year. I use it everyday for a PC monitor.

No comparison to the big name brands though, LG, Samsung, Sony etc…. however the price reflects this.

Good price for screen real estate.
Add $ for delivery as this wont fit in an average sized car. I am not sure Big W does delivery.

Edit: It seems the difference between the two is that the LT-65N785A is a smart TV and this one isn't

    Cheers

"5% less with 'you know what'"

Is this setting the precedence for guessing deals?
