    Bought dry no 6 from different deal, turned up today, I was concerned about .6 inch difference between my laptop (15.6") and the stated compartment size (15"). The No6 is supposed to take up to 17 but there's way more space than just an extra 2".

      Just confirming this bag can take very large 15.6inch laptops - I wouldn't try a 17inch though.

        because of it's general design and practicality. For instance, Crumpler one doesn't have a strap to hook the two back straps together, I find Everki sits more comfortably but YMMV. Crumpler one doesn't have pouches for water bottles either and there's a convenient padded pouch on top of the Everki that I keep using for my keys and things that I need to reach fast.

    I like the look of these, if only there was a water bottle storage. 2 customer reviews on Crumpler website very different:

    Not Functional
    I bought this about 6 months ago. I’ve tried and tried, but all it ever does is fall over so you can’t pack, unpack or put it anywhere. The straps are too far apart so it slides off my shoulders all the time when wearing it, and there’s no way to hook them together. It’s impossible to get anything in or out of in a hurry or without putting it down on its back on a flat surface - like keys or a travel card, for example. Quite simply, this is not a functional piece of luggage, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money."

    The best part of these bags is the lifetime warranty. I got over 5 years use on my old one, and got a brand new replacement when the straps started to fray. Didn't even need to show proof of purchase!

        I can't confirm this, but they'd probably give you the closest match. In this case, I bet the Mantra is the closest thing.

    My Khaki one just arrived, seems really solid. I've got pretty wide shoulders so it's a little uncomfortable around the straps but no more than the bag I was using yesterday, overall really happy with it.
