im pleased to confirm to the sad and sorry know it alls here that my kids are fed well with healthy fresh food.
both are dairy intolerant.
they get these on and off for a treat, when they are reasonably priced.

To the people saying it's not needed, some people require them if they're ill and housebound or for certain diseases.
BTW, iHerb is much cheaper for vitamins.
Give them an apple instead.
